What is the Notification Function?

Notifications are sent when there is a change or addition to the status or timeline.

• Notification targets and timing can be created or changed in the notification rule setting screen.
• Go to the notification rule setting screen from the (Project Settings icon) in the navigation bar.

How to Change Notification Rules

Notification rules are created with default settings when a service request is created. By default, notifications are sent to all members, but you can also edit or create new settings.

• Only the "Rule Name" is required in the notification rule settings.
• Notification rules can be classified by time zone or notification target members.
